As many of you know, I like to supplement my scrapbooking habit with various altered art projects. Today's post features a "USA" piece of art that I created using the
Hometown Celebration collection from Moxxie and a few, inexpensive chipboard letters from the local hobby store.
I used Zip Dry glue to adhere the paper to the letters. After it dried, I trimmed around the letters with a craft knife (doesn't need to be precise), and then I sanded the letters to remove any excess paper. Then I chalked the sides of the letters with Cat's Eye chalk ink to give it a clean finish. Then all you need to do is glue the individuals letters as you wish and decorate.
