5K Walk & Picnic

A few weeks ago several of us girls participated in a 5K walk.  After our walk, my cousin the expert BBQ'er, made us some awesome food on the grill!  With all the BBQ food, salads and desserts, there was a feast fit for a king!

We just received the latest collections from Moxxie, and so I decided to use the new Picnic Time Collection to scrap some of our photos from the 5K walk and picnic.  This is a whimsical collection with fun polka dots and lively food!  Here's a quick layout.  I will post more from this fun collection in the coming days.

Father's Day Cards

I created a couple Father's Day cards using the new Reminisce collection, The 4th/DC.  This is such a unique collection because the "A" sides of the papers are all Washington DC related and the "B" sides are all 4th of July related.  What a great concept!  I love how the Reminisce folks are always thinking outside of the box!

So, to all of our wonderful fathers, husbands, brothers, brothers-in-law, uncles, etc.  a huge Happy Father's Day to you!

Time for Scramping?

Yesterday we brought home the camper and started getting it ready for the season.  When my daughter (yup, the crazy one) got home from school, she asked me, "Is it time to go scramping?"  I just tilted my head and looked at her like the dogs do and then she said, "Yeah, scrapbooking plus camping equals scramping!"  I instantly fell in love with it, so today I'm going to work on a scramping layout, but in the meantime, here's an older layout I created using the Cosmo Cricket Mr. Campy collection.  This collection has several double-sided papers, rub-ons, stickers, chipboard and more!  Plus, the little marshmallow man is just adorable!  Happy scramping!
